Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LinguaGo (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. Who Can Use LinguaGo

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use LinguaGo. If you’re using it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re allowed to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Keep your account credentials secure.
  • Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to translate.
  • Don’t use LinguaGo to break the law, harass people, or send malware.
  • Don’t try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.

4. Your Content

You own the documents, text, and recordings you submit (“Your Content”). You grant LinguaGo a limited license to process Your Content for the sole purpose of providing translations back to you. We don’t use Your Content to train models without your permission.

5. Our Content & License

LinguaGo—including the software, branding, and design—belongs to us. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service while your account is in good standing. You may not copy or resell the Service.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us.
  • Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

LinguaGo is provided “as is.” Machine translation is helpful, but it isn’t perfect—please don’t rely on it for legal, medical, or safety-critical decisions without a human review.

8. Termination

You can close your account any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create legal risk for us or other users. We’ll try to give you notice when we reasonably can.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as LinguaGo evolves. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
